All sessions include kit hire, which consists of (harness for your dog, waist belt and bungee). If you already have your own kit, a reduction of £5 will be applied.
Registration must be arranged before any dogs can be booked into appointments.

1-2-1 Canicross Coaching
Get ready to take your Canicross skills to the next level with my 1-2-1 coaching sessions. I will work with you and your dog to develop a personalized training plan that's tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, my coaching sessions are the perfect way to improve your technique and bond with your furry friend.

I can Canicross or Cani-hike your Dog
As a Canicross enthusiast, I know the importance of keeping high energy dogs physically and mentally satisfied. You may be injured or taking a break from running and need a handler to exercise your dog.
Let me take your dog on a Cani-hike or Canicross adventure to provide them with the exercise they crave. Your furry friend will come back home happy, tired, and fulfilled after an hour spent in nature.

Our 5-week beginner course is designed specifically for those who are new to canicross. What is canicross?
Canicross is running cross country on trails and paths, rather than roads with your dog.
How old should my dog be?
To run out in front pulling in harness your dog will need to be a minimum 12 months old. Some larger dogs, especially with deep chests would need to be a minimum of 18 months old.
This will allow time for their growth plates to mature in the legs especially as they are still forming and too much stress can lead to complications later in life.
